Banana Date Almond Drink

Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas
  • 6 dates (pitted)
  • 20 peeled almonds
  • 800 ml cold milk
  • 150 ml cold water or ice
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak almonds and dates in warm water for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Add bananas, dates, almonds, milk, and water to a blender.
  3. Blend for 1–2 minutes until very smooth.
  4. Taste and add honey if needed.
  5. Serve chilled.

Yield

Makes about 1000 ml smoothie.
