Ingredients
- 3 medium bananas
- 6 dates (pitted)
- 20 peeled almonds
- 800 ml cold milk
- 150 ml cold water or ice
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- Soak almonds and dates in warm water for 10–15 minutes.
- Add bananas, dates, almonds, milk, and water to a blender.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until very smooth.
- Taste and add honey if needed.
- Serve chilled.
Yield
Makes about 1000 ml smoothie.
