Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried ginger
- 2 handfuls fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1/2 tbsp cloves
- 2 cups olive oil or coconut oil
Instructions
- Lightly crush the ginger, peppercorns, and cloves.
- Add all herbs and spices to a saucepan or double boiler.
- Pour in the oil.
- Heat on very low for 1–2 hours. Do not boil.
- Let cool slightly, then strain through cheesecloth.
- Pour into a clean glass jar or bottle.
How to Use
- Massage a small amount onto sore muscles or joints.
- Use 1–2 times daily as needed.
Storage
- Keep in a cool dark place for up to 2–3 months.
Notes
- Do a patch test first to check skin sensitivity.
- Avoid applying to broken skin or near eyes.
- This is a traditional home remedy and not a replacement for medical treatment.
