Garlic Lemon Mint Drink Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 8–10 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger, sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 4–5 cloves (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients well.
  2. Add lemon slices, garlic, ginger, mint, and cloves to a large bottle or jug.
  3. Pour in the water.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Drink chilled throughout the day.

Optional

  • Add 1 teaspoon honey for sweetness.
  • Sparkling water can be used instead of plain water.

Important Note

Garlic and lemon may support heart health as part of a balanced diet, but they do not dissolve artery plaque in a few days. For blood pressure or cholesterol concerns, medical guidance is important.
