The image claims that chickpeas can “heal a dead kidney” and “work instantly.” That is not medically true. No food or protein can instantly heal a severely damaged kidney.

Simple Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas (or 1 can, drained)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a towel.
  3. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
