Sage Tea for Prostate Health (Traditional Herbal Drink)

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried sage)
  • 250 ml hot water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • A slice of lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the sage leaves well.
  2. Boil the water.
  3. Add sage leaves to a cup.
  4. Pour hot water over the leaves.
  5. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Strain the tea.
  7. Add honey or lemon if desired.

How to Drink

  • Drink 1 cup daily, preferably in the evening.

Important

Possible signs of prostate problems include:

  • Frequent urination
  • Weak urine flow
  • Pain or burning during urination
  • Blood in urine

These symptoms need medical evaluation. Herbal drinks can support health but should not replace treatment.
