Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried sage)
- 250 ml hot water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- A slice of lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the sage leaves well.
- Boil the water.
- Add sage leaves to a cup.
- Pour hot water over the leaves.
- Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
- Strain the tea.
- Add honey or lemon if desired.
How to Drink
- Drink 1 cup daily, preferably in the evening.
Important
Possible signs of prostate problems include:
- Frequent urination
- Weak urine flow
- Pain or burning during urination
- Blood in urine
