🧾 Ingredients
- 1 handful of fresh goosegrass (whole plant: leaves + roots)
- 3–4 cups of water
- Optional:
- 1 teaspoon honey
- A few slices of ginger (for taste)
🍵 Instructions
- Wash thoroughly
Clean the plant very well to remove soil, especially the roots. - Cut into pieces
Chop into small sections to release nutrients. - Boil
Add to a pot with water and boil for about 10–15 minutes. - Strain
Remove plant material and pour the liquid into a cup. - Serve
Drink warm. Add honey or ginger if desired.

- Drink 1 cup daily, preferably in the morning
- Use for a few days, then take a break
