Echinacea Tea Recipe 🌸
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried echinacea flowers or leaves
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 lemon slice (optional)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Place the dried echinacea in a cup.
- Pour the hot water over it.
- Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea.
- Add honey or lemon if you like.
How to drink
- 1 cup once or twice a day.
