Ingredients
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2–3 cloves of garlic (minced)
Juice of 1 lemon
2–3 tablespoons honey
Preparation Method
Prepare the ingredients:
Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger.
Mix everything together:
Place all the ingredients in a clean glass jar.
Add liquids:
Pour in the lemon juice and honey over the mixture.
Stir well:
Mix everything until evenly combined.
Let it rest:
Close the jar and let it sit for a few hours (or overnight) so the ingredients blend well.
How to Use
Take 1 tablespoon daily, preferably in the morning.
Can be taken alone or mixed with warm water.
