🍵 Clove Tea (Digestive & Immune Boost)

📝 Ingredients

  • 4–5 whole cloves
  • 1 cup (250 ml) water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • A slice of ginger (optional, for extra benefits)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the cloves (and ginger if using).
  3. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
  5. Strain into a cup.
  6. Add honey if desired and drink warm.
