Guava Leaf Tea Recipe (for Blood Sugar Support)

Ingredients

  • 5–7 fresh guava leaves (or 1 tablespoon dried guava leaves)
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: a small slice of lemon or a little honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the guava leaves well.
  2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  3. Add the guava leaves to the boiling water.
  4. Let them simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
  6. Strain into a cup.
  7. Drink warm in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach.

Optional Flavor

  • Add a little lemon juice for taste.
  • If needed, add ½ teaspoon honey.
